Occupational Hygiene Consulting Pty Ltd (OHC) is a small local company founded in 2012. We are located in the Hunter Valley area of New South Wales but service clients Australia wide.
Here at OHC, we are committed to providing sound technical expertise and advice in Occupational Hygiene and Workplace Health and Safety areas. OHC has over 45 years combined experience in our team, within industries such as heavy construction, metalliferous and coal mining and processing, power generation, rail, agriculture, government, Defence, health, chemical refinery, smelting, process plants, waste and heavy maintenance.
Our Rutherford team, who are guided by several Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH) Certified Occupational Hygienists (COH)®, specialise in the areas of airborne contaminant (dust, gas, fibres etc.) hazard identification and monitoring program design, noise assessments, lighting, radiation, heat stress and water assessments, on-site respirator fit testing – quantitative and qualitative (with RESP-FIT Accredited Fit Testers), asbestos sampling/monitoring and asbestos site assessments, hazardous chemical management, GHS compliance, hazardous chemical exposure monitoring to name a few.
